Аймен Белаид е роден на 2 януари 1989 година в Париж и притежава френски паспорт. Висок е 192 см., като в кариерата си е играл за чешкия Спарта (Прага) и френския Гренобъл. За последно се е подвизавал в тунизийския Етоил Спортиво ду Сахел, където напуска заради финансовата криза в отбора. Играе като дефанзивен халф, ляв краен защитник и ляв външен халф.
Белаид има 20 мача за олимпийския отбор на Тунис, където е бил и негов капитан. Играл е също така и за „А” отбора на Тунис.
