Най-добрият български тенисист Григор Димитров загуби с 0:2 сета (6:4 6:1) 1/2 финала на “Мастърса” на червено в Монте Карло от Рафаел Надал.
Хасковлията продължава да има само една победа от вече 12 мача срещу “Краля на клея”. Преди 5 години двамата се срещнаха на 1/4 финалите в Монте Карло и Димитров измъчи испанеца, който все пак надделя с 6:2, 2:6, 6:4. Сега обаче на Рафа му бяха нужни само два сета, за да пречупи българина, който въпреки всичко може да бъде доволен от представянето си в турнира тази година.
Първият сет бе оспорван и продължи повече от час, но във втората част Григор не успя да се противопостави по никакъв начин на Краля на клея, който се класира за поредния си финал в Монте Карло, където утре ще се опита да спечели рекордна 11-а титла. Съперник на Надал на финала ще бъде германецът Александър Зверев или японецът Кей Нишикори.
